Official Rules

  1. How to enter:
    1. Visit- www.wilsonfarms.com or stop by any Wilson Farms, Sugarcreek, or Wilson Farms Xpress location for information and promotional code
    2. Entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned.
    3. No photocopies will be eligible.
    4. One entry per household.
    5. No purchase necessary to enter or win. To be eligible to participate, participants must enter the contest as set forth in these rules.
    6. This contest is subject to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
  2. Format of Promotion
    1. This contest will begin on April 18th, 2008 and end on May 29th, 2008.
    2. Odds depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
    3. Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about May 30th, 2008.
    4. The contest will be conducted under the supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding.
  3. Prizes/Drawing
    1. 3 Prizes will be awarded. 42" HD ready Plasma television; pair of tickets to the 2008-2009 Sabres Season; trip for 2 to Las Vegas. Total approximate value for all prizes is $7,500
    2. Potential winners will be notified by telephone on or about May 30th, 2008, and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver of Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") or prize may be forfeited. If Contest Sponsors are unable to reach the potential winner at the phone number listed on such participant's entry form, an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner does not return the Release within 7 days of notification by Contest Sponsors, an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of Contest Sponsors with respect to the administration of this contest and the award of Grand Prizes shall be final and binding.
    3. The contest prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
    4. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
  4. Eligibility
    1. Open to legal residents of New York State who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of the following companies (hereinafter, the "Contest Sponsors") and their affiliates are not eligible to win: Wilson Farms Inc., and the members of such person's immediate families (including but not limited to spouses, children, parents, siblings, and/or persons living within the same household of such individuals).
  5. Participation
    1. Each contest participant agrees to the terms of these Official Rules and releases, discharges and holds harmless the Contest Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, advisors, consultants, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from and against any and all liability, damages, costs and/or expenses arising from their participation and/or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in the drawings.
    2. By entering this contest, the winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses by the Contest Sponsors for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation being paid. The winner will be required to execute a Release. Failure to do so in a timely manner will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. The Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost or late entries. Entries that are late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or are otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned to participant.
  7. Winners list
    1. In order to obtain the names of winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wilson Farms, 1780 Wehrle Drive, Williamsville, NY 14221 between May 30, 2008 and June 27, 2008.
