Terms and Conditions for Registration

Registration Information

When you register for My Wilson Farms, you will be required to provide Wilson Farms, Inc. with the following information: your name, mailing address, e-mail address, zip code, state, gender, birth date, phone number, username, password and the Wilson Farms location you frequent most.

In order to use the My Wilson Farms Member Area, a Member must: (a) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about the Member; (b) maintain and update such Member information as required to keep information current, complete, and accurate; (c) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (d) provide for the Member's own access to the World Wide Web; and (e) pay any telephone, data, hosting or other service fees associated with such access. Wilson Farms, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to any specific content, services, digital products, products courses or events if Wilson Farms, Inc. learns that you have provided Wilson Farms, Inc. with false or misleading registration information. Wilson Farms, Inc. reserves the right to offer third party services and products to you based on the preferences that you identify during the registration process and based on your subsequent preferences.

You represent to Wilson Farms, Inc. that you have the authority to register with or use the My Wilson Farms program according to these Terms. You affirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or an emancipated minor, or are over the age of 13 and possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided by you, as a Member or a Visitor of www.wilsonfarms.com, or gathered by Wilson Farms, Inc. or third parties during any visit to www.wilsonfarms.com shall be subject to the terms of Wilson Farms' Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Member Password and Security

Access to and use of the My Wilson Farms Member Areas is through a combination of your username and a password that you provide to Wilson Farms, Inc. when you register to use My Wilson Farms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and passwords. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your username and password whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Wilson Farms, Inc. of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

If you choose a username that, in our sole discretion, is obscene, indecent, abusive or that might otherwise subject us to public disparagement or scorn, we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to automatically change your username and deny you access to www.wilsonfarms.com or My Wilson Farms, or any combination of these actions.

Although Wilson Farms, Inc. will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of Member's account, Member may be liable for any losses to Wilson Farms or others due to such unauthorized use.

Member Conduct

You agree that when using My Wilson Farms and www.wilsonfarms.com you will act in a manner consistent with the goals of Wilson Farms, Inc., and by way of example, and not as a limitation, you specifically agree that:

1. You will not, intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulation or law.
2. You will not post information on or download information from the Wilson Farms site unless you have all rights and authority necessary to do so.
3. You will not post any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software, programs or routines that may damage the operation of another's computer.
4. You will not attempt to "crack," "hack," "bomb," manipulate or otherwise gain unauthorized access to other User accounts, Wilson Farms servers, Wilson Farms software, or any areas of the Wilson Farms Site not intended for your access.
5. You will not post, transmit, or distribute any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or other forms of solicitation to Users, individuals or entities, except in areas designated by Wilson Farms for such purposes.
6. You will not harvest, mine or otherwise collect or store personal information about others, including, without limitation, e-mail addresses and the content of User profiles.
7. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including without limitation usernames, from the Wilson Farms Site, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Wilson Farms site for any commercial solicitation purposes.
8. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any Users of the Lifetime Sites.

Wilson Farms Inc., neither endorses your products or services, nor the content of the your communications, postings or data, nor assumes any responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained in such materials, or any crime facilitated by use of the Wilson Farms site.
